When booking your tickets over the phone, simply mention to our staff that you would like to split the cost of your total bill and we will be able to reserve your seats with just 1/3 of the cost of the total bill. We will then call you 30 and 60 days later for the next two payments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU OFFER A FINANCING PLAN?
We now offer interest-free credit when purchasing your tickets. With our payment plan, you can spread your payment over 3 months, with an option to settle the bill early if you wish. This is not a direct debit scheme and payments will be manually taken by members of our team.

WHAT SHOWS CAN I USE SPLIT TIX ON?
Split payments are only currently available on our 2022 pantomime Cinderella.
If a performance is two months away, we can take payment in two instalments. If the performance is only one month away, payment will need to be made in full.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?
When each monthly payment is due, our Box Office team will contact you for payment. You will have up to one week to respond to this; if we have not received payment in that time, the order will be terminated and any value paid to that be point will not be refunded.

HOW DO I PAY IN 3 INSTALMENTS?
You can pay via debit/credit card, BACS, Theatre Tokens or gift voucher for the Beck Theatre. Each payment will be split in to thirds and will be 30 days apart from one another. This can be paid off early, at customers discretion.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Following the same terms and conditions (see section 3a.) as our usual ticketing method, tickets are non-refundable. Any payments made up to the point of customer cancellation will be kept by the venue and your tickets will be lost.

WILL I BE REFUNDED IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?
In the event that the performance you hold tickets for is cancelled, we will refund you the full amount that has been paid up to that point and will no longer contact you for payment.

ARE THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS FOR PAYING OFF MY BALANCE?
Yes, you are able to make payment early by either calling our Box Office or emailing us a suitable time to call you. Once the balance is cleared, we will no longer contact you for payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS CANCELLED, OR MY CARD DETAILS CHANGE?
No problem, payments do not need to be made from the same card every time as this is not a direct debit scheme.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Your tickets will be released 14 days prior to the performance.

WILL THIS EFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?
No, this is a scheme being managed by the venue and has no connection with anything that can negatively or positively impact your credit score.

ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED?
There are no additional fees or interest for choosing to pay in instalments.

Your first instalment is due at the time you make your purchase. Your second and third instalment will be owed 30 and 60 days after the initial payment.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS
With Split Tix, you can spread the cost of all orders over £75 across three instalments.
These instalments will be predefined and split equally (or as close as possible).
Your first payment will be required when you order. The second will be 30 days later and the third will be 30 days from the second payment.
When each monthly payment is due, our Box Office team will contact you for payment. You will have up to one week to respond to this either by phone or email; if we have not received communication in that time, the order will be terminated, and any value paid to that be point will not be refunded.
If you would like to pay off your order ahead of your instalment plan, you can do so by calling our Box Office. Once the balance is cleared, we will no longer contact you for payment and your ticket will be sent out 14 days prior to the performance.
Payments do not have to be made from the same card each time. If you are refunded, we will refund to the payment method used. 
You will not own the tickets until the full balance has been paid.
Using Split Tix will not effect your credit score.
There are no additional fees to splitting payments across orders and tickets will have 0% interest.

REFUNDS
Following the same terms and conditions (see section 3a.) as our standard ticketing, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, any payments made up to the point of cancellation will be kept by the venue and your tickets will be lost.
In the event that the venue cancels the performance on your order, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that point.
You may repay the amount you owe in full at any time, without any fees or charges.
