Box Office Opening Times
Our venue Box Office is open Monday's 12pm - 4pm.
We are also open from 4pm on performance days when we have a 7.30pm perfornance.
For other performance times the Box Office will open from two hours prior to the event.

This week, phone lines will be open Mon - Sat from 11am - 5pm
Hold times may be longer than usual so we recommend booking online.

Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us. We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding.

We can reserve your tickets without payment for up to three days when booking in person and by telephone.
We are delighted to now be able to offer the convenience of displaying your tickets on a mobile device for the majority of shows and events at The Beck.
E-Tickets save you postage and unnecessary queuing to collect your tickets at the Box Office.
Simply choose 'E-Tickets' when booking online or on the phone and your tickets will be emailed to you 14 days prior to the event; simply show your PDF ticket to an usher on the night and you will be granted access to the venue.
Please do not select E-Tickets if your mobile device is unable to display PDF attachments.
Where offered, concession ticket prices apply to those:
- Over 60
- Under 16
- Full-time students
- People with a disability.
Please ask Box Office when booking as we cannot discount tickets once purchased.
Only one concession applies per ticket and proof of eligibility may be required upon request. All concessions are available online. Discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
Family Offers are available on certain performances; this applies to either two adults and two children or one adult and three children.
Please note: buying tickets from unauthorised agents or touts, where unfair practice is likely to be involved, could well lead to disappointment and is strongly discouraged by The Beck Theatre. We would recommend only buying your tickets through becktheatre.org.uk or the Box Office on 0343 310 0044.
Access and Assistance
We offer complimentary tickets to essential companions for disabled visitors when one of the following is presented to a member of the Box Office team:
- Proof of Disability Living Allowance / Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Proof of Attendance Allowance
- Certificate of Visual Impairment
Babes In Arms
Unless otherwise stated on individual shows, infants aged under two years should be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ lap. No charge will be made. For children aged two and over usual ticket prices and concessions will apply and a seat will be allocated. The Beck Theatre retains the right to exclude babes in arms from any performance.
On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.
This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.
