Each Wednesday we will be hosting yoga and meditation classes lead by qualified experts to help promote a healthy lifestyle for people of all ages. We cannot wait to get started and hope you will join us to build a better lifestyle for all.
Gentle Yoga 10:30am – 11:30am
Yoga, a holistic practice, is more a way of living than a physical exercise and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Guided Meditation 11:45am – 12:45pm
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be easy to hold on to stress and distress. Guided Meditation is the practice of aligning mind, body and spirit.
