The Beck Theatre is a 600-seater venue in the London Borough of Hillingdon.  The programme aims to present the finest local, national and international companies and performers possible.  The Beck Theatre is operated by HQ Theatres on behalf of London Borough Hillingdon.

Booking your favourite seats at the Beck Theatre couldn't be easier, with our 24-hour, easy-to-use and fully secure online booking system. So why wait in a queue when you can book your tickets and choose exactly where you're going to be sitting, using the interactive seating plan, from the comfort of your own home?! And for the majority of events you can even print your tickets at home saving you time and money!

For groups of 10 or more we will reserve your tickets in advance with no immediate obligation to pay.

American Express is not accepted.

Booking Fee

Most orders (apart from Premiere Card and Group Bookings 10+) are subject to a per ticket booking fee which will be displayed when selecting your tickets.

Tickets can be posted for £1 - please note we do not post internationally.  If you are booking from overseas then you can either Print at Home or collect your tickets from the theatre Box Office (ID will be required).

Safety & Security

Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us.  We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding. 

Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.

Ticket Reservations

We can reserve your tickets without payment for up to three days when booking in person and by telephone.


We are delighted to now be able to offer the convenience of displaying your tickets on a mobile device for the majority of shows and events at The Beck.

E-Tickets save you postage and unnecessary queuing to collect your tickets at the Box Office.

Simply choose 'E-Tickets' when booking online or on the phone and your tickets will be emailed to you; simply show your PDF ticket to an usher on the night and you will be granted access to the venue.

Please do not select E-Tickets if your mobile device is unable to display PDF attachments.

Ticket Concessions

Where offered, concession ticket prices apply to those:

  • Over 60
  • Under 16
  • Unwaged
  • Full-time students
  • People with a disability.

Please ask Box Office when booking as we cannot discount tickets once purchased.

Only one concession applies per ticket and proof of eligibility may be required upon request. All concessions are available online. Discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. 

Family Offers are available on certain performances; this applies to either two adults and two children or one adult and three children.

Please note: buying tickets from unauthorised agents or touts, where unfair practice is likely to be involved, could well lead to disappointment and is strongly discouraged by The Beck Theatre. We would recommend only buying your tickets through becktheatre.org.uk or the Box Office on 020 8561 8371.

Access and Assistance

We offer complimentary tickets to essential companions for disabled visitors when one of the following is presented to a member of the Box Office team:

  1. Proof of Disability Living Allowance / Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  2. Proof of Attendance Allowance
  3. Certificate of Visual Impairment
We ask customers who use a wheelchair to note the wheelchair spaces are designed for standard size wheelchairs - if you have a larger wheelchair please advise when booking.  For full information please contact the Box Office for a copy of our Access Guide.

Babes In Arms

Unless otherwise stated on individual shows, infants aged under two years should be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ lap. No charge will be made. For children aged two and over usual ticket prices and concessions will apply and a seat will be allocated. The Beck Theatre retains the right to exclude babes in arms from any performance.

Ticket protection

On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons  - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.

This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.

Your Data Is Protected

Your booking details will be held so that we can contact you in the eventuality a performance is cancelled. With your permission we will also send you details about our exciting forthcoming programme.
